I lost my smartcard
How to get a new smartcard and get back in your GoGet
Have you misplaced your smartcard? Replacing your smartcard is quick and free.
We have a network of Pick-Up Locations that stock GoGet smartcards, so you can go and pick up a new smartcard and start driving straight away.
Once you have collected your smartcard from one of our Pick-Up Locations make sure you have the GoGet app downloaded. Then activate your smartcard in the Manage your Smartcard section in the app or online.
Alternatively you can request a new smartcard to be posted out to you via the Manage your Smartcard section in the app or online.
Here, you can:
- Deactivate a Smartcard that has been lost or stolen
- Request a new Smartcard to be sent to you in the post if there is no Pick-Up Point close by (this can take up to ten business days during busy periods)
- Activate a new Smartcard
