Where to find and what you can do in the GoGet App

Using GoGet is much easier with the GoGet app - it's available on Android and Apple:

With the app you can:

  • Find cars and vans near you and see availabiliy
  • Create, modify, cancel and extend bookings easily
  • View your future, current and past GoGet bookings
  • Manage your GoGet account, including updating your plan, managing your smartcard or inviting additional drivers onto your account
  • Find info on your bookings in one spot, such as the fuel PIN and pod details or what to do if someone is parked in your spot
  • Report booking issues such as a dirty car or damage
  • Request a fuel reimbursement
  • Use the in-app call or chat function to get in touch with our team

If you don't have a compatible iPhone or Android smartphone, our online booking system works well on small screens too!
