Trouble Logging in to the GoGet app or website
I'm having issues with my login, or I don't have access to my login email

If you are having trouble logging into the GoGet app, it may be caused by a couple of different issues:
- I have forgotten my password
- I no longer have access to my GoGet email
- My usual login isn't working and I haven't used GoGet for a while

I have forgotten my password
It's easy to reset your password. Go to the app or website and enter your email address.
- Tap Forgot your password
- Confirm your email and tap Continue
- You will be sent an email with a password reset link.
- Follow the prompt to reset your password
- Log in with your new password

I no longer have access to my login email

My usual login isn't working and I haven't used GoGet for a while
We have recently updated our website and app and upgraded security. To move your account into the new app, you will need to reset your password and set up 2-step verification.
