How to close your GoGet account

We're sad to see you go, but understand circumstances change.

You can keep your account active by downgrading to our GoVan Plan, which has zero membership fees. This plan allows you to use GoGet vans whenever you need them, without paying a monthly or annual membership fee.

It's easy to upgrade and switch plans later in case you need to use GoGet cars again in the future.

If you're sure you won't need us again, you can cancel your membership.

Downgrade to Go Van

  • Go to Profile in the app or website
  • Select Plan Management
  • Scroll horizontally to view your plan change options
  • Select GoVan and tap Downgrade to this plan
  • You’ll see a message confirming that your plan will automatically downgrade to the GoVan plan at the end of your current membership term, showing the date this will take effect.
  • Click Confirm to downgrade

Close your GoGet Account

  • Go to Profile in the app or website
  • Select Plan Management
  • Select Cancel my Account
  • You’ll see a message confirming that your plan will automatically close at the end of your current membership term, along with the date this will take effect.
  • Click Cancel my Account to confirm
