Updating your email address with GoGet in the new app

GoGet will roll out a new version of the app in January 2025.

Updating the email address you use to log in to the new GoGet app or website is easy.

  • Log in to the GoGet app and visit the Profile tab
  • Tap Manage Profile
  • Click the pencil edit icon next to your email address
  • You'll see the email address(es) listed here. To edit your email, tap the pencil edit icon next to your email address.
  • You'll receive a verification at your new email address to confirm the address.

If you no longer have access to your GoGet login email and are struggling to log in to your GoGet account, please give the team a call on 1300 769 389 and they'll be happy to help.

If you don't want to change your login email but would like to add a second email address to receive booking confirmations and account alerts, you can do this by followig these steps:

  • Log in to the GoGet app and visit the Profile tab
  • Tap Manage Profile
  • Click the pencil edit icon next to your email address
  • Tap Add new email and enter your new email address
  • Confirm you have the email address owner's permission to add the email address and tap Create.
