How to invite team members to join your GoGet business account

1\. Invite Extra Drivers
Ony the Account Holder can invite extra drivers to join their business account. If you are unsure who the account holder for your GoGet account is, give us a call on 1300 769 389 and our team will be able to help, or drop us an email at [email protected]
To invite extra drivers:
- Log in to the GoGet app or website
- Visit the Profile tab
- Tap Extra Driver Management
- Click the blue button in the bottom right hand corner to send email invites to new drivers.
- Enter the email address of the driver you want to invite
- Click Send Invitation

2\. Extra Drivers Complete the Application
The extra driver will receive an email inviting them to join your byusiness account. Completing the application will take around 5 minutes. They'll need:
- Their physical driving license at hand or a passport and their digital license
- To complete a biometric scan
If we're able to verify their identity automatically, their account should be approved instantly. If we need to manually review the application, this will usually take less than 24 hours. We'll reach out via email if we need any more information.

3\. Good to go!
Once they are approved, they are ready to book cars and vans. We'll post a smartcard to them, but if they are in a hurry, they can grab a card from a Pick-Up Location.
Some businesses also keep GoGet smartcards to hand to staff joining the GoGet account. If you would like us to send you smartcards for your office, please reach out on [email protected]

4\. Troubleshooting
In the past your business may have used sign up links to add drivers to your business account. These links will no longer work and new drivers will need to be sent an email invite.
