How do I upgrade or downgrade my Membership?

How to change to a different GoGet plan.

If you're using your GoGet Membership more or less than you originally thought, you can change your plan to suit your usage needs.

A breakdown of our current rates and plans are here. You can see which plan is the most cost-effective for you depending on how often you need a car. If you need help deciding which plan is right for you, some more detailed examples are here.

Want to change your plan?

This can be done via our app or website. Visit the Profile tab and tap on Plan Management.

Here you'll be able to horizontally scroll between plans and select a new plan. If you are downgrading, the system will do so after the end of your current membership term.

Example:
Let’s say it’s 10 October, and you’re on the GoOccasional plan, which costs $12 per month. Your current membership is already paid up until 29 October.

If you choose to downgrade to the GoStarter plan, you’ll see a note explaining that your plan will automatically change on 29 October - because your GoOccasional membership remains active and paid for until that date.

If you don't plan on using GoGet in the near future, but would like to retain your membership in case you need it, you can downgrade to our GoVan plan. This has no membership fees ever and offers access to our network of vans and utes.
