How Biometrics Login Works

Log in to the GoGet app easier by enabling biometric login

GoGet will roll out a new app through January.

To make logging in to new app faster and easier, you can enable biometrics login in the GoGet app.

This lets you sign in using your device’s own unlock method — like Face ID, fingerprint, or your phone’s passcode - instead of entering your password and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code each time.

How to enable biometric login

  1. Open the GoGet app
  2. Tap Profile in the bottom menu
  3. Select Manage Profile
  4. Toggle Biometric login to “on”

Your device may prompt you to confirm Face ID, fingerprint, or your screen lock to finish setup.

How it works

Once enabled, you can log in simply by using your device’s unlock method - no need to re-enter your password or verification code every time.

It’s quick, secure, and unique to your device.

Good to know

  • You’ll still need to complete MFA the first time you log in or if you manually log out or reinstall the app.
  • You can turn biometric login off anytime by following the same steps.
