How to drive with your company or business's account

1\. Join as an extra driver

To join GoGet as an extra driver on a business account, the account holder will need to send you an invite. If you are unsure who the account holderr of your account is, give us a call on 1300 769 389 and our team will be able to help.

This can be done by logging into the website or app, visiting their profile and selecting "Extra Driver Management". Click the blue button in the bottom right hand corner to send email invites to new drivers.

2\. Complete the application

Completing the application will take 5 minutes. You'll need:

1. Your physical driving license at hand or a passport and your digital license
2. To complete a biometric scan

If we're able to verify your identity automatically, your account should be approved instantly. If we need to manually review the application, this will usually take less than 24 hours. We'll reach out via email if we need any more information.

3\. Get your smartcard

Some businesses keep GoGet smartcards to hand to staff joining the GoGet account. Ask your account holderr if they have any of these in the office. Otherwise we will post one out to you as soon as your application is approved.

Once you have your smartcard you will need to activate it. First, make sure you have downloaded the GoGet app, then activate your smartcard through the Smartcard Management feature in the app which is found in your Profile.

If you're in a hurry, you can also pick up a smartcard from a Pick-Up Location to get you on the road sooner.

4\. Good to go!

If you haven't received your confirmation email, just reach out to tell us that you're in a hurry, and we'll get you activated ASAP.

Once your application has been approved and you've got your smartcard in hand, you're good to go! 😎
