A pod is the car’s home parking location

A GoGet pod is the car’s home parking location. Every GoGet car must be collected from and returned to its home pod.

  • Each GoGet car has a specific pod listed in the app
  • Some pods are dedicated parking bays, while others are a defined street area (for example, a section of a street between two cross streets)
  • The exact pod location and parking instructions are shown in the app and in your booking confirmation email.
  • Pods are often signed, but signage may not be present in all locations

It’s important that the car is returned to the same pod at the end of your booking, either to it's dedicated pod or to the defined street area listed in the app. Returning a car to the wrong location may result in a fee and can inconvenience the next member.
