How does fuel work?

GoGet pays for fuel and GoGet vehicles contain a fuel card. Always return your car with at least 1/4 tank

All GoGet cars have a fuel card inside the vehicle, usually attached to the car key. The fuel card is accepted at most major fuel stations, so you don’t need to pay for fuel yourself.

When you use the fuel card:

  • The PIN can be found in the GoGet app or in your booking confirmation email
  • Make sure you use the correct fuel type for the car

Before ending your booking, please make sure the car has at least a quarter (¼) of a tank. This helps ensure the car is ready for the next member. Failure to leave ¼ tank may result in a fine which will go to compensating the next member.

If the fuel card is missing or not working, pay for the fuel and keep ahold of the receipt. You can request a fuel reimbursement in the app or website.
