My fuel card doesn't work
What to do if the vehicle's fuel card is playing up
Reasons why the fuel card might not work:
- You're using the wrong PIN number:
- The PIN is specific to the car. Please check the app for the PIN. Visit Bookings and tap on your current booking to see the pin.
- You've purchased the wrong fuel
- The fuel cards are programmed to only work with the right fuel for the car. If you've used the wrong fuel, the card won't work.
- Check your booking confirmation, the fuel cardholder or your app for the correct fuel to use. Tap on the fuel pin in the app to see the correct fuel type.
- The card is faulty
- Please pay for fuel and keep hold of the receipt and we will refund you.
Getting a fuel reimbursement
If the fuel card doesn't work you may need to make the payment yourself. Take a photo of the itemised tax receipt, and visit Profile > Fuel reimbursement to request a refund. Find out more here.
