How to be reimbursed for fuel if you paid for it yourself
GoGet always pays for the fuel you use during bookings. All you need to do is use the GoGet fuel card supplied in the car if the fuel gets below 1/4 of a tank.
If you've used the GoGet fuel card to pay for fuel successfully, there's nothing else you need to do - just continue with your booking!
But sometimes, you might've paid for the fuel yourself - maybe the fuel card wasn't working, or maybe you didn't know that we pay for fuel. If so, then don't worry! You can easily claim a fuel reimbursement in a couple of minutes, and we'll reimburse you the cost of fuel.
How to get reimbursed for fuel
- Visit Profile in the GoGet app or website
- Tap Fuel Reimbursement
- Select the vehicle you refuelled and the bookinh date from the drop-down list
- Enter the amount you paid
- Upload any fuel receipts related to that trip. If you refuelled more than once during that trip, please upload all receipts.
- Select whether you would like the fuel amount to be reimbursed as GoGet credit or refunded to your bank account.
- If you would prefer a refund, enter your bank details and click Submit.
Note: You can only request fuel reimbursements for bookings that have been completed.

When to expect your refund:
- If you submit your claim by Wednesday, it should take roughly 1 week or so to receive your reimbursement.
- If it's after Wednesday, it should take roughly 1 to 2 weeks or so to receive your reimbursement.

A few key things to remember:
- Keep the receipts you used to pay for the fuel yourself - we need to know;
- The date and time of the fuel purchase
- How much fuel was bought
- The total cost of fuel
- What card to refund it to if applicable
- Upload ALL photos of the receipts in the same claim
