We work hard to keep our cars clean and comfortable, but we need your help! Please tidy up after your trip – just leave the car how you'd like to find it. 😊
Here's how you can help:
- Tidy up: Remove any rubbish, personal belongings, and sand.
- Rate the cleanliness: Use our app to rate the car's cleanliness during your booking
- Report issues: If the car needs more than a simple tidy, give us a call on 1300 768 389 or chat with us via the app.
- Unacceptable condition? Give us a call on 1300 769 389 and we'll move you to another vehicle.
Tips for a cleaner trip:
- Bring towels or sheets to protect the car from spills if you are transporting something messy.
